Day in the Life / Mediation Videos
Over the course of one day, our team will film the daily life of your injured client(s). While Bochetto Media Group also produces feature films, documentaries, and develops content, our aim is to bring a cinematic version of your client’s hardships to the courtroom. With a more engaging visual document of your client’s daily life, a jury will see not only the injuries you present them in the courtroom, but will also be given the opportunity to witness the emotional and physical burdens placed on your client as well.

Video Play Back
As many objections are argued by counsel but not agreed upon during the VTD, Judges often rule on whether segments of a VTD are to be heard. As all of our videos are edited on AVID, we can hear a Judge’s ruling in the morning and be ready with a clean video playback for the jury in rapid time.
Price: $400 Half Day, $800 Full Day
Photography
Wounds and scars fade, but photographs last forever. Our team is highly capable and eager to travel to any hospital or client’s residence in order to capture photographs of the injuries they’ve sustained. We have an expression in the film world, “show, don’t tell.” In addition to capturing images, our team can photoshop the pictures to highlight scars / wounds you feel are necessary to convey to the jury. If there is an accident location, construction site, product inspection, or defective equipment you’d like photographed as evidence in your case, seek no further. Our team is happy to discuss the case details with you and will then proceed to investigate and capture the damages in vivid detail to present to a jury.

Videotaped Deposition - Video
With the capability to mic up to five lawyers, and one witness, our team will deliver high resolution quality to all of your VTD needs. Once the depsotition is filmed / recorded for sound, we will edit each of the audio tracks to diminish distractions (such as coughs, paper snuggling, cell phones, etc.) from your witness’ testimony.
Price: $400 First Two Hours, $165 Each Additional Hour
